The Hook: Partridge Bartleet Traditional Salmon Hook CS10/1 or Bartleet Supreme Salmon Hook CS10/2,

Materials:
- Thread - Danville's 210 flymaster plus # 505 - and Danvill's 210 flymaster plus black
- Tail - Purple Polar Bear - or Buck tail or Kid goal Purple Squirrel Purple and Silver Holographic Fly Fiber Krystal Flash ( Smolt Blue ) Purple Marabou
- Body - Cactus Chenille, Med. Black Rib - Silver Diamond Braid
- Throat - Dark Blue Buck
- Tail Back - Light Blue Buck Tail Peacock Flashabou Smolt Blue Krystal Flash Purple Flashabou Back Marabou
- 2 part epoxy
- Black and white paint for eyes
- Flex seal
- A head cement or use clear coat
- Small paint brush for applying the epoxy small ends of paint brushes to dip dot on the eyes
The Bulkley Bandit is on a 3/0 Traditional Salmon Fly Hook, also one finished on a 2/0 Traditional, and another finished on a 1/0 Supreme.

Products used in this recipe:
Starting with the black thread tie on tail, stacking as follows -Purple Polar Bear, Purple Squirrel, 12 Hologaraphic Purple & Silver Fly Fiber - 6 with siver down, 3 with silver up and the last three with silver side down, add 9 Krystal Flash ( Smolt Blue ). Last tie on Purple Marabou. The Marabou should fall short of the Krystal Flash ends.
Tie on throat with Dark Blue Bucktail, to tip of point. Over the back tie on Light Blue Bucktail to the end of the full body
Next stack on 8 to 10 Peacock Flasabou, 9 Smolt Blue Krystal Flash, and 10 Purple Fasabou.

The Bulkley Bandit is an easy Streamer to tie, but to finish the head is a little more difficult.
