Add a Chartreuse Kid Goat Throat Hackle

Over the back stack first Lime Green Polar Bear& then add 10 strands of Pearle Krystal Flash

Over the back stack Green Buck tail

Add fines, or gilles of white rabbit, about half the length of the body

Finish the back with Chartreuse Marabou

Finish head, by first wrapping Silver Diamond Braid to form the Head
