1 to 8
Starting with the black thread tie on tail,
stacking as follows -Purple Polar Bear, Purple
Squirrel, 12 Hologaraphic Purple & Silver
Fly Fiber - 6 with siver down, 3 with silver
up and the last three with silver side down,
add 9 Krystal Flash ( Smolt Blue ). Last tie
on Purple Marabou. The Marabou should fall short
of the Krystal Flash ends.

Step 9
Wrap body with Cactus Chen. Med. Black.

Wrap a rib of Siver Diamond Braid, and change
to #505 thread

Steps 12 - 13
Tie on throat with Dark Blue Bucktail, to
tip of point.
Over the back tie on Light Blue Bucktail to
the end of the full body

Steps 14 - 15 - 16
next stack on 8 to 10 Peacock Flasabou, 9 Smolt
Blue Krystal Flash, and 10 Purple Fasabou.

Step 17
Tie on Black Marabou over length of body.

Finish head. The instructions for this fly
head are the same as Ruby's Rage and you will
find out how to by going to Ruby's Rage recipe.
The Bulkley Bandit is an easy Streamer to tie,
but to finish the head is a little more difficult.
